There was a long hibernation in Chiranjeevi’s career between 2007 and 2017, although he made three appearances in between. Now it seems that time has given him the energy and momentum to fill the gap.
Mega Star, which used to make one movie a year until now, has now lined up so many movies that it resembles the early days of its career.
Right now, his movie Acharya is ready for release. The godfather, Bhola Shankar and Waltair Veerayya are already on set. All of these films are scheduled for release in 2022. So four Chiranjeevi films will hit screens next year.
It doesn’t stop there. He has already consented to the UV Banner film with Maruthi as director. Once the final story is closed, proceed to the floors.
Venky Kudumula’s movie on the DVV Danayya banner is also online. Venky who tried for Mahesh Babu, Ram Charan, and Varun Tej eventually landed on Chiranjeevi, who gave tentative consent to make the film.
Without stopping here the sequel to “Vijetha” is also lined up with Vishnu Induri as producer. The director has not yet been finalized.
In that way, there is clarity on Chiranjeevi’s next 7 movies so far. No other hero is planning this way.
Here Chiranjeevi has another care. He’s making sure to have another main hero for the filler in all of his films, such as Ram Charan in Acharya, Salman in Godfather, and Ravi Teja in Waltair Veerayya (yet to be finalized). It has been heard that there will also be a very topical young hero in Vishnu Induri’s film.
