Michael Keaton Filmed Vulture Scenes Last Week?!?

Michael Keaton says he put on the vulture’s wings this week, but the question is, what for? Appearing in Jimmy Kimmel Live On Wednesday night, the actor best known for playing Beetlejuice and Batman spoke a bit about the latter’s rerun by The flash and then about his role in 2017 Spiderman: Homecoming. He ended by saying “I’m going to film tomorrow. I’m shooting Vulture stuff. “Kimmel asks for more information and Keaton just repeats” Vulture stuff. “

So what the heck is going on here? When will the vulture return? And that Gizmodo reached out to Sony for clarification or comment, but received no response at the time of publication. (We will update this piece when we do.) But here’s the clip for you, with hints from the Spider-Man stuff. The quote itself is at the end.

Now, just days after a trailer full of Spider-villain for Spider-Man: No Way Home, our immediate thought was “OMG, are you shooting scenes for Nowlimited? “Sure, the movie will be out in less than a month, but filming superhero movies, in particular tag scenes that can be inserted into credits, can and has happened at the last minute. In 2012, Joss Whedon shot the famous shawarma eating labels scene for the Avengers during the press conference, a few days after the launch. There is a precedent there.

Also, and this is a bit more of a stretch, but there is a new Spider-Man: No Way Home Lego set that has the Vulture in it, and while it doesn’t appear to be specific to the movie, Spider-Man is wearing his black and gold suit that you saw him in the new trailer. So maybe it’s a hint from a scene we haven’t seen yet?

And yet we do not believe that it is in There is no way home. Especially since a few weeks before the Spider-Man trailer, Keaton was already confirmed to appear in other Upcoming Spider-Man Movie: Morbius. He appeared in the new trailer alongside the character of Jared Leto and some kind of take on that movie, which isn’t due out until early next year, certainly seems a lot more plausible. But of course it appears in some one of these movies certainly hints that Vulture will reappear with the boy who took his daughter to the homecoming dance.

What do you think Keaton was filming this week? What do you wish I was filming the truth, damn it? Tell us below. Spider-Man: No Way Home opens in theaters on December 16. Morbius opens on January 20, 2022. And The flash opens November 3, 2022.
