In the meantime The BBC’s flagship radio news program Today to promote his latest movie Gucci house, the filmmaker revealed that the show is underway. “We have already written the pilot for Bounty hunter and the bible. So, we are already presenting Blade Runner as a television show, the first 10 hours, ”he shared. It will reportedly be a 10-part series.

As to Alien series, gave the update that the show “is now being written for pilot” and he said the bible for the show is being put together.

Last summer, Hawley said Vanity fair had written two episodes for Alien. And no, Sigourney Weaver won’t be reprising her iconic role as Ripley for this. Instead, the series wiI will present a new story. Hawley mocked the magazine’s premise, saying, “It’s a story that’s also set on Earth. Alien stories are always trapped … Trapped in a prison, trapped in a spaceship. I thought it would be interesting to open it up a bit so that the bets of ‘What if you can’t contain it?’ they are more immediate. ”

And it looks like Scott wants to revisit the Alien world beyond the next series. Last year, he bothered Forbes who is planning a new movie for the franchise.

“[The next Alien movie is] in process. We follow a route to try to reinvent the wheel with Prometheus and Covenant. Whether or not we return directly to that is doubtful because Prometheus woke him up very well, ”he explained. “But you know, you’re asking fundamental questions like, ‘Has Alien himself, the face booer, the chest buster, run out of steam? Do you have to rethink the whole damn thing and just use the word for franchise? That is always the fundamental question. ”
